Pros:The team in New Jersey did an excellent job checking us in and making us feel appreciated.
Cons:EVERYTHING
Pros:Always a joy renting from this Alamo location, they are so quick to get you in/out and it's never busy. Had a few great experiences renting from Gio, it's definitely my location of choice in Jersey City.
Cons:Only negative is that the cars are parked on the 8th floor of a parking garage and it takes foreeeever to go in/out. But not the end of the world.
Pros:The pickup and dropoff was super quick and simple. Gio made it painless to get my rental and the drop off was fairly quick.
Cons:The parking was so far up the lot. It took at least 10minutes to safely go around to the top floor.
Cons:Car provided, already had a cracked windshield and I got charged for that

Cons:Vehicle did not look like it was cleaned at all and during this time with Covid it was a little unsettling and I cleaned the entire vehicle after picking it up
Pros:Loved the car, it was perfect for my trip to the mountains. The staff at Alamo/National were incredibly kind and helpful with any question that I had. The price was very affordable as well. Will definitely be using them again in the future.
Pros:So the staff member upon picking it up asked if I wanted to add easy pass which I said yes to and then it never got added since it didn't work at any of the tolls. Also, he never said anything about returning the car with a full tank. When we got the car it was less than a quarter full and we dropped it off with half a tank and then found out it was supposed to be full? What? Why wasn't this in our contract or told to us? The car kept dropping the blue tooth for our phone when we were trying to play music
Cons:The staff should have told us about how full the tank needed to be upon returning and they should have told us about the E-ZPass not being added when we thought we were using it. Not happy with the car or service
