They were available at the counter, quickly went through the paperwork, escorted me to my car which was pulled up and waiting for me. Pick up and drop off was easy. I used toll road and notified them upon return. No issues just paid the toll fee. Overall very good experience.

We were unable to pick up the car on the night we arrived due to issues on their end. They canceled our reservation and kept the more the $1,200. We had to book again the next day for close to $1,500. They stole a lot of money from us and refused refund, we had to open a credit card charge back which is still ongoing.

Pros:

The booking was BMW 3 series at carrental.com but at Avis they said it is smaller and had to pay three tomes to get larger car.

Cons:

Establishing a quick contact via Email instead of your contact number via phone which is expensive.

If I got the car and price that I was originally quoted. I arrived and was told they didn't have the car I requested and made me rent a more expensive one.

Pros:

It was very good only thing I need to address was it took far too long at the desk to pick up the car I.e more than 90 minutes but returning was quick. A car was clean and otherwise a good experience and can recommend it to a friend.

Cons:

Too long to pick up at the depot.

Vangelis was fabulous. Communicated to me prior to pickup and was there on time for pickup and drop off. Very friendly and helpful.

Collection at airport was ok but we had to wait for the collection person as they had misunderstood our arrival time. We also had quite an old Audi A3 which was in good condition but had quite an old CD player and radio setup and no mod cons. Comfy though and staff were helpful and efficient.
