Pros:The entire process was fast and easy.Cons:I wished the had a bigger pick up truck available, the Toyota Tacoma was a bit smaller then what I anticipated. However it was great in gas.Reviewed Mar 5 2021

Cons:There was no one there, closed when I got there. Then found out the next day, they did not have any cars available to rent? Need the $22 dollars refunded. My wife just called Avis, they said to call Kayak for a refund?? She has turned this experience over to capital one to dispute the fee, since there were no cars available.Reviewed Dec 28 2019
