Pros:NoCons:Horrible experience. This was fulfilled by Hertz. They bait and switch car was not clean at all!!! Never cleaned!!! So probably wasn’t disinfected either. Staff was rude and signage was lacking in the airport for the pickup location.Reviewed Apr 25 2021

Cons:What can I say good about this reservation. Nothing really. I rent a fair amount of cars, and I’ve never had many problems at all, but this was a total debacle. My car is in garage being repaired, and I needed a rental for a Dr. visit I never made. The first problem was the rental office was closed, and the person I spoke with said it would not be opening any time soon. He also said he did not have a car for me, and that he would call me at 4 pm when he had a car. I never got that call. I spent over $50 in cab fair round trip. I fly for the airlines and witness everything from great customer service to the worst. We live in the age of technology, and things like this rarely happen, but when they do, people make the difference. Not in this case.Reviewed Jun 30 2020
