Pros:Helpful staff at pickup. Had to buy additional insurance i didn't ecosystem in order to be fully covered.
Pick up took too long. For being non-airport, we waiting forever to get into the car. Check it was easy but took over 20 mins for the car to come out. The car was in decent condition but the tires were very bad. They were almost bald on the inside of the front tires. Could be dangerous as we did quite a bit of highway driving. The dash had not been dusted. Overall we loved the car and drop off was easy. Good value.
Pros:On very short notice we needed a one-way rental to drive from Florida north through the winter storm. We knew we needed a car with 4WD or AWD. None of the agencies I called Could guarantee one. We took a chance at Avis and the manager was so helpful. He explained our options and made it a priority to find the safest car for us. Fortunately, a 4WD had just been returned. He made a very stressful situation much easier through his communication and calm, cheerful demeanor.
Pros:Vehicle was excellent.. it handled beautifully on the highways cross country

Cons:Cleaning car for trash under and between seats. There were bottle tops and wrappers easily seen when driving. Also sticky rings on center console/cup holder area (above the cup hole) which could be from the bottom of a drink container.
Pros:I picked my car up at Naples airport on Saturday near closing time. The attendant, wish I got her name was the most helful person I have ever dealt with.
