The salesman at the front desk was terribly rude to me. I conservatively scheduled my pickup time at noon, but didn't get there until around 12:30 since my flight was a bit delayed. I never got a confirmation call from them. When I got there, they said it would take 20 minutes to clean the car and bring it over. After waiting for over an hour, I asked him why it was taking so long since I scheduled my pickup for noon. He rudely blamed me and said that since I wasn't there right at noon they gave my car away to another customer which was why it was taking so long. I was seriously offended by his terrible customer service.2.0 Poor

The rep was VERY knowledgable, he had the car ready (I really liked that). We liked the car it was what we asked for. The whole experience was so much better than my last experience with Budget. Hertz didn't have a car on site. They didn't have our correct rental times in their system from our reservation. When we asked to cancel (we needed to leave at 6 AM, we reserved for 6 AM, and they were closed) they were going to charge us a 100$ cancelation fee. We called Kayak customer service for help and we hit a brick wall of unfriendly and unhelpful representatives. They referred us to the Hertz customer service who happened to be surprisingly worse than Kayak, immediately directing our call back to Kayak. Overall, it was a terrible and stressful experience. I will never use Kayak or Hertz again.2.0 Poor

Office is a bt far from the Airport. We reserved an SUV because 3 of us adults were going to do some traveling to different mountains. Unfortunately, when we arrived, the office did not have any vehicles the size we reserved months ago. I realize they have to depend on people returning vehicles ontime, etc . The manager was very understanding and pleasant, and gave us a ride back to our hotel, as we cancelled our request and found a suitable vehicle elsewhere.Ace
