Cons:I ordered a 7 seats car, but a 5 seats car was supllied. i ended up renting two cars because we are a couple with 4 kids.

No signs for Dollar car rental posted at location except for a tiny sign inside the hertz car rental booth Even adjacent car rental companies didn't know where to direct me Complicated parking to retrieve and return rental vehicle. Otherwise rental staff was freindly.

Cons:We rented it through Dollar. We were looking for a Dollar counter. Then, we saw Hertz and then asked them where is Dollar. They told us they also did Dollar. Just a bit confusing.

Cons:We couldn't find the company and the staff couldn't say their localisation. They didn't know where they were and how to reach their office to pick up the car! They just said that they where located at the Brussels Airport
