Pros:Staff was super friendly even after late hours, quick check in and check out.
Cons:The car stunk like cigarettes. I got a migraine immediately. After buying a car refresher it was better. Maybe clean it up a little for the next customer.
Pros:Fast and easy
Cons:The first car I rented,the transmission blew out I was stuck driving 5 mph. They had to send a tow truck to come pick up the car and I. Waste of time and inconvenience. All I got was, hope you have a better day.

Cons:If you use a MasterCard to book your rental they require a $350 deposit.
Pros:it was quick and easy to pick up the car and drop it off was my first time ever renting a car and I didn't know how everything works but now I understand
Cons:I just didn't like the customer service people on the phone when I didn't understand something they confuse me and didn't give me the information the right way where I understood what they were talking about

When I pay money to reserve a vehicle and I get to dollar to check in and was told there is no more 7 passenger vehicle available and there's three people ahead of me also waiting on a 7 passenger vehicle. I think it's poor on Dollar and the third parties Dollar works with. I was not refunded my money for the service I could not use.

Cons:Everything was easy and fast, but the car was not washed. It still had bugs sticking on it from last trip.
Cons:I have not heard back from phone call. I am attempting to get my money back since we did not use the car due to the Coronavirus .
