Pros:The airport shuttle was ok, drop off was easy.
Cons:I was told I had to take at least the basic insurance bc of "Puerto Rico laws" which I found out that wasn't true. Ended up paying twice as much as what KAYAK quoted (understable to go up a little since we got the toll pass but $107 to $227 is extreme). When I called Dollar's customer service, it took forever for me to get the customer service representative to understand exactly what I was calling about. After a long hold, he told me I had to go back to the location to get it sorted. Complete waste of time. The car itself was ok, but not without its issues (I.e. radio didn't work if defroster was on).

Pros:Drop off was quick and easy, the shuttle was waiting to bring us to the airport, we couldn’t have been more pleased!
Cons:Since the car rental agency is off-site, one would expect to see a courtesy phone to inform the location you need to be picked up, but there was none available. I had to search for the local rental location's number and call using my cell phone incurring roaming charges for both data and voice. But good thing I had a cellphone, what if one didn't?! Once at the location, since my fight was delayed 3 hours, they informed me the gave my car away and there were no other rental cars available. Very poor experience, would not recommend them anyone. The only positive note to this, they gave me a lift back to the airport. Once there I was able to rent a car from another agency that was on-site.

Pros:I rented a car that worked well.
Cons:Pickup is offsite from the airport, when there are several AT the airport. That was inconvenient, but not a deal breaker. Before I was able to leave with the car, I was required to agree to an additional $62 in "local" taxes. Then, the local Dollar rental informed me that there was a required $5 per day cost for local tolls. And - they wanted to charge an extra $7 a day for an additional driver. If Kayak is going to partner with companies, they need to clearly communicate what all the charges will be.
