Cons:I have worked with Enterprise many times but this will not be the same in future. I always confirm my reservations by internet but, this time when I arrived to Seattle (Tacoma airport) i visited the counter of Enterprise to pick up my reserved car it,I did not have any issue at counter, but at the moment that i went down stair to take the car the representative of Enterprise changed my car twice because the available cars were reserved for other clients. Due to this changes my contract was checked again and the "manager of the office" decided not to provide me a car me because she considered that my drive license was not original, I explained her that i have been renting cars with this drive license without any problem, in fact her partner at the Enterprise counter (up stairs) checked that everything was correct. Because of this "Manager"´s decision i was without car at Seattle Airport and without any solution, that moment i went to try to confirm a car in another car rental where everything worked perfectly. This car rental was going to be confirmed for 10 days from 23 jun to 02 jul. Warm regards Roberto

Cons:I rented the car to get from Seattle to Vancouver- they gave me a tiny compact Nissan because it had Canadian plates-yet still charged me an additional $200 for returning it for them. They should have at least removed the drop-off fee- or given me the car that I had originally selected.
Pros:Enterprise is the only company where I've experienced very friendly and welcoming staff.
Cons:Drop off was a bit slow, but I didn't realize I could just leave if I didn't need a paper receipt.
Pros:Everything went so smooth. Seattle is s big town, yet I was through the lines, counters, and checkin/pickup in about 15 min, and got to pick my car. Couldn't have been any better

Pros:My wife and I arrived at Seattle at 11:00pm , Enterprise was closed and they steered all the customers to Alamo , we made our reservations for a car days before , unfortunately all that was for nouthing, it was like we were new customers at Alamo , all the enterprise customers had to rent from Alamo, the only good thing that came out everything was that Alamo honored the price from the reservation.
