Pros:Good customer service
Pros:Employees were helpful and nice.
Cons:Car was dirty. Smelled of smoke.
Pros:Roomy car for the price. Easy check-out and check-in.
Cons:It sounded like it had some engine issues that were starting on the last day.
Cons:I reserved a small compact car and all they had was a large Nissan Van. They stated they would call me whenever a car came in.
Pros:Drop off was very easy. Just had to drive straight into a line and leave the car. Done.
Cons:At pickup, the parking spot for this truck was very small and the truck was boxed in. It was very difficult to get the truck out of the spot.
Pros:I can pickup the car earlier an hour and drop of driver was kind and make sure i got to the station safely.
Cons:Agent kept asking me to buy insurance even after i told him i bought it online. Then i was given a car which has damage, when i point that out the agent said i already the insurance no need to worry bout it. The damage was at the rear bumper, it kept flipping when i was driving in freeway so annoying and dangerous.
Cons:I did not rent the car it took over 1 hour and they showed me 3 different cars but were not able to rent any

Cons:Could have had the van at the location it was supposed to be picked up.. and it could have been cleaner with gas.
