Pros:
Slow, inconsiderate staff. Car was not ready. Other customers who arrived 20-30 minutes after me received their vehicles before I did. When I asked why there was a delay, the office staff went though a back door to “find out what was going on” but never returned. There was no other staff present in the main office area for 10 minutes.Cons:
The car should have been cleaned and ready to go. I selected the 8:00 pickup time for a very specific reason. The car not being ready delayed my departure and created a significant inconvenience for me the rest of that day. The staff was slow and inconsiderate.2.0 Poor
