The outside of the truck was filthy. The windshield front & back had dead bugs caked on to it. We drove this to another state & it was very difficult to see until we stopped at a gas stop to literally scrub the junk off. When I picked it up I didn’t think it was anything was wrong because it was raining on & off so I thought it was pollen & would come off. The wipers were very insufficient & shows maintenance isn’t a normal routine. When I was packing the truck there was a bottle cap & hair tie in the back areas so cleaning isn’t a priority either. They seem to just shine and go.8.0 Very good

Mgr Josh and assist. Mgr Dan at Keyport, NJ location went above and beyond to work out wrinkles in my reservation and saved my vacation.5.6 Fair
