Pros:
We liked nothing about the experience. We got to the Budget Office in Port St Lucie and there was no car for us. The woman there insisted we travel an hour south (we were heading north) to hopefully get another car. No guarantees there either. We ended up having to drive 2 hours to Orlando to start all over by reserving another car. Our reservations contract was not honored.Cons:

I liked being able to book a suitable auto, at very short notice, and at a reasonable price.Cons:
I couldn't understand why the usual option of returning the car with a full tank of fuel wasn't available. And I had problems with the rear screen wiper, not my fault, I thought, but was told otherwise.9.2 Wonderful

Our Budget experience was excellent! The staff is quick and friendly. The atmosphere is clean. The car rental was spectaclular. We rented a Pacifica and we are thinking of buying one now. I recommend this place to anyone.Cons:
There was an issue with the sun pass on the way back from our trip,it somehow got activated and the toll booth wouldnt spit us out a ticket because it said we had sunpass. We didnt to use the sunpass because there are extra fees. Dropping the car off I told the employee what happened and he didnt seem to bothered with it. Our credit card has not been charged yet so I dont know if they will charge or not. I hope not.Hertz

After arguing with the sales rep, I was given a free upgrade.Cons:
When I arrived, the car I reserved was not available. I was not happy, and the sales rep was pushy and telling me that I had to pay more for a larger vehicle. I had to argue and get very uncomfortable and insist that they honor the price I was given several times before they finally did the right thing and acquiesced, giving me the free upgrade.10.0 Wonderful

Pros:
Pick up process easy but lack of attention to detail in reviewing planned rental. This caused problems and expense at time of drop-off. Ultimately felt a victim of large corporate greed and inflexible disinterested personnel blaming the corporate policies and practices for their actions. Poor performance reflected by poor online information and casting blame elsewhere.Cons:

STAFF WAS VERY ABRUPT WHEN I ARRIVED AND TOLD ME THAT THERE WERE NO CARS AVAILABLE. NO EXPLANATION, NO PHONE CALL, NOTHING. MY VEHICLE WAS NOT AVAILABLE AND THAT WAS THAT! NOT TO MENTION, THAT THIS WAS THE SECOND TIME THAT I HAD A CONFIRMED RESERVATION AT THIS LOCATION AND NOBODY CALLED TO TELL ME NOT TO SHOW UP. IT RUINED MY ENTIRE VACATION PLANS WITH MY GRANDCHILDREN. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION.Cons:
FIRST OF ALL, MAKE AN EFFORT TO GET THE VEHICLE IN POSITION WHEN SOME ONE HAS A CONFORMED RESERVATION. IF THIS IS NOT POSSIBLE, THEN CALL THE RENTER AND TELL THEM SO OTHER ARRANGEMENTS CAN BE MADE. A BETTER ATTITUDE COULD ALSO HELP.10.0 Wonderful

They made me drive a car with engine light in so it could get serviced in Orlando. It was the only one they had and for this price especially rediculous. This is unacceptable and they didn’t respond to my email. At location they said to contact support but no one responds.10.0 Wonderful

This site didn't have cars. Sue, the manager said they requested some but were not there. Finally, because I was strong with her and needed to get to the airport, she made me pay $7 more dollars because she was going to give me someone else's car and it was a full size. When I got to the FLL airport to return the car, they couldn't close the ticket because the car didn't have the barcode. I left and don't know what happened. This is my second issue at this site. I like that the prices were affordable for what my needs were that particular day. The car was clean, smell free, and full of petrol.Cons:
What i didn't particularly care for was the actual rental site. The owner was nice about my car not being ready at the actual time requested, but he left and his wife was less than courteous using her employees as scape goats. I asked her if running 15 minutes behind was business as usual there, she said well pickup time is only an estimate. i will use avis in the future, but not this particular site.7.2 Good

I am glad I built in extra drive drive otherwise I would have potentially missed a flight!
