Yes the lady at pick up was wonderful!!

Cons:

You all need a bigger signs for drop off. And better signs in the back of the building as to where to enter after you drop off. I can figure it out but the older generations may not. Tad bit confusing. You one tiny sign blow over in the back of the building. Just an idea for you ;)

Ease of getting the car

Cons:

I did not get the car I wanted. Also, when I dropped it off there were no people around to help drop it off properly. I didn’t know who to talk to or even that I just dropped the key in a box. Very confusing.
