Pros:
Pick up was easy. Drop off time seemed a little strict given that the office was closed both on Saturday and Sunday Sunday and all that was required was a key drop off.Cons:
Reserved a truck. When called the day before our reservation they said that they were short on trucks. I did say that anything with 4-wheel drive and a higher clearance was acceptable, was given a Jeep Cherokee that is not any farther off the ground than a sedan.10.0 Wonderful
