Pros:

The staff was exceptionally friendly and after returning the car we were offered an umbrella to have as it was raining quite hard. We didn't end up taking the umbrellas, but the offer was very kind and capped a lovely experience with this office.

The Avis agents was nice, the car was ready for my arrival..

Cons:

I don’t like is when you pay insurance from kayak. Avis agent try to sell another more insurance because Kayak insurance is not good enough. Don’t cover much, so your stuck adding another insurance increasing your daily rental... Insurance should be more clear for car rentals... Next time I stayaway Kayak insurance..:

Custumer service was horrible. They put a hold of 1500 dollars on my card, very angry and hard to work with. The guy at the counter said as soon as I give him my card info he can charge me whatever I was in shock. The car had so many scratches and all kinds of Marks and it was super dirty outside. I was afraid once I wash it outside I will find more scratches thathe were not noted on the sheet so I will be responsible for paying for somebody's else's damage. Overall not very satisfied with Avis. Next time I will definitely go with diferent rental.

I had to wait for a while when picking up, as well as dropping off. The security deposit was very large, and it took them days to return it, which was not my bank issue - other rentals do this very quickly. The car was brand new, which was great, but not filled with gas, which was not great - I ended up wasting some money on gas that I didn't end up using.

There is nothing that I like about this 387 rentals they are scammers and very rude and unprofessional they have some old very small dent on the car bumper showing that all customers and they know exactly where this small old dent located trying to blame you for that small old dent to take your deposit money also they will push you to buy their insurance even if you have purchased previously full coverage they will charge you 360$ US plus deposit of 1000 euros if you got argued with them they will call police on you guy named Muhamed very rude and the lady who work there she will scream and yelling on you just to make you uncomfortable and cry to leave you depositing money to them I will sue them for this I recommended to all ppl who travel to Sarajevo DO NOT rent from 387 rent a car you wil save you money and nerve this company is nothing but the scammers taking hard earned money from customers

Reserved small suv, received a compact car. Europcar is blaming you for reservation as you “apparently did mistake “.even they send confirmation with the same car as you did. When I ask them to change the car and give me something similar as reserved, because I was with two grand kids and needed more room for child seat they told me to get out or they will call Police. When my cousin complained he received the same answer.Please contact me and I will provide more information.

Not busy, easy to find.

Cons:

Car smelled as if someone has chainsmoked a carton of cigarettes in it. The Sarajevo location would not accept dollar online insurance or our private insurance and made us buy their insurance. The only other option was to put the entire cost of the care on hold on our credit card

Samir provided an excellent customer service and made my experience pleasant and smooth. He deserves all praise and commendations. I think it’s time for Addcar to invest in a kiosk inside the terminal and provide this amazing experience to the other passenger that only pick up from rentals within the terminal.

It was an absolutely terrible experience. The person I dealt with when picking up was so rude and unprofessional. I was shocked at the additional expenses and how I felt forced into an insurance that seemed like a scam. There were multiple additional expenses that were not explained to me and the woman seemed to think I was foolish for asking for an explanation. I was so nervous about returning the vehicle that I cut my vacation short by an extra day just to get the vehicle back early in case they were difficult again to deal with. So I had to pay $150 for a hotel just to get the vehicle returned early. When I did go to the dropoff, there was another person having the exact same difficult time with staff. It was so wildly upsetting to watch this man struggling with this horrid customer service as well. I will never use this service again and I will attempt to warn others about this experience.

Staff were kind though they didn’t seem to have an information needed to answer questions related to insurance and cost. No shuttle service was available from the airport and no one was Available to answer the phone, other travelers helped us figure out how to get to the pick up location 3km from the airport. The $2000 hold/charge to our bank account was a huge surprise and it took over 2 hours to get the car at pick up due to them being understaffed and having a lot of confused costumers.

The initial car had very worn tires, so they gave us a free upgrade. The pickup of car was a little slow (waited 20 min for them to get to airport and had to deal with car change), but I've had worse with larger on-airport car rentals. Make sure that you have the number to call when getting to the airport so they know you've arrived.

AddCar left us stranded at the airport. We waited for 2 hours until we had to walk out of the airport to search for a car with my 92-year old grandmother. The unresponsive agency ruined our brief visit to Iceland.
