Pros:

Great car, great gas mileage. The man we rented from was very friendly, nice helpful, all around great guy.

Cons:

There was no windshield washer fluid and windows were not clean enough inside or out.

The value even with a round trip Uber ride was still hundreds less than less car at the airport. Service at the smaller desk was also better!

Great location to pick up a car that is not at the airport. Friendly staff. Had to wait to long in a line of only 3 people. The employee redeemed himself with me by offering to just take the keys and email the receipt before helping the next customer. That was helpful and attentive to my needs. It was definitely a good fit for someone who needs a car in Phoenix and does not need an airport rental.
