Pros:Friendly Staff
Cons:Car reeked of smoke and was dirty.
Cons:All excellent except the time gap to get back our deposit
Pros:Easy pick up and drop off.
Cons:Nobody working at the Thrifty counter, so had to go to Dollar counter. Had to wait 20-25 minutes in line. The car was a little old. Was expecting a newer car, had over 12,000 miles on it already. Nobody was working outside either for pick up or drop off.
Pros:Superlative fuel economy, great cargo space, solid features.
Cons:The car had a very strange and slightly disconcerting shudder when shifting between 2nd and 3rd gears. There were times when I thought it was going to break down.
Pros:Price was cheap. Staff was nice
Cons:The car was small. It was a 2016 model with 40,000 + miles on it. It ran fine, just wasn't very comfortable. I got what I paid for.
Cons:The car had over 20,000 miles on it which is more than we’re used to with other companies. It could have been cleaner.
