Pros:Nice car
Cons:The building was the size of a bathroom and there were 40 people in it. I was scared to go in
Pros:Staff was very friendly and fast even though the office was very busy. Car was very clean. Price was incredible. Drop-off took less than a minute. They had a space for me to leave my own car overnight.
Cons:I declined the CDW when making the online reservation. When I inquired about adding it at check-in, the price for it was four times higher. But this was out of the hands of the staff at my rental location and controlled by Thrifty itself.

Cons:Car had food crumbs. Had a grinding noise to it when driven. When I called to trade out the car they told me I would have to drive an hour and a half away to the airport to do so or call AAA. They had no regard for our safety.
Pros:How many fees were added. I ended up spending 2x the amount of money...
Cons:Hertz absolutely were trying to take advantage of me at every step and trying to make me pay extra money for every option they offered. So dishonest and wrong.
Cons:Fees over $90.00. Forced to pay $54.00 for toll device when actual tolls wer less than $15.00. Thats called theft.
