Cons:Like always, never tells you why the plane is delayed for boarding. Flight end up left PVG 2+ hr late.

Cons:Not being able to get a 24 hour visa to leave the airport and spending 10 hours waiting for the connecting flight at the airport

Pros:The on-board staff was friendly. Wish I had more good things to say.
Cons:Delays seem to be a hallmark of this airline. I could go on for pages about the lack of communication from this airline and how they made me have to stay in a hotel because of a delay, but the less said the better. What exactly are the qualifications for being a member of the SkyTeam? On-board entertainment? I just want TIMELY, safe and comfortable flights. Frills are nice, but not necessary, and do NOT make up for not consistently delivering these priorities. Not allowing the use of cell phones in airplane mode on-board was mildly inconvenient also. Having more than one bathroom on the planes would also be appreciated.

Pros:Fell asleep before take off and woke up two hours before arrival. That's a great flight. Arrived half hour early. Staff was beyond pleasant. Great flight
