Pros:On board crew was helpful and polite considwring our circumstances.
Cons:Our flight was delayed 3xs (non weather) they said we would miss our connection (I didn't think we would) THEY rebooked a later flight. Of course we landed in time for our original flight. They refused to let us back on our original flight. Put me in touch w/ the help desk who after talking in circles admitted it was their mistake but he had no authority to help. FINAlly & only because others missed their flight we were given the option to go. Crew misplaced our luggage and sent it on a flight we were never supposed to be on, and the bad experience with delays of hours on end continued coming home. (Mechanimal non weather) WE WILL NEVER FLY DELTA AGAIN!
Super good crew... food was pretty awful- overall Delta is my favorite carrier- takes off on time, good boarding process etc.
It was a crowded flight. They did the best they could.
Wider seats/planes
Pros:We actually did not fly this route. We bought a car and drove home!
Pros:Food was good and plentiful. I definitely left the flight feeling full.
Cons:Got stuck for two hours sitting in the plane because the computer systems went down.

Pros:The crew was fantastic and very carrying when I wasn’t feeling well. They checked on me multiple times! The food was also really good for airline food!
Cons:The security process in the Prague airport is so ridiculous. There are security agents who screen you in the baggage drop off line that makes the line take a very long time. Once you finally get your sticker from them it’s a quick trip through customs. Then the pain really begins with a security scan st each individual gate to enter a boarding area for the plane. Then I was pulled for extra security where a male agent touched my but with some sort of swab with no warning. He then claimed to not speak English (with zero accent when I asked him a question). It was a humiliating and very long process all run by delta!
