Pros:The crew was quite pleasant and friendly - very accomodating
Cons:Entertainment system is outdated, the food was only passable. The chocolate was nice
Cons:Due to overbooking or other reason, we were sent to Frankfurt instead. We were not notified prior to departure at all. I'm trying to reach Swiss customer support for 7 days, no luck.

Cons:Boarding procedure for business class with being held up in a small holding space
