Cons:I have no record renting an Alamo vehicle through Kayak. Can you confirm time and date, please?
Pros:Fast check-in and check-out. Car was clean and met our needs.
Cons:Felt i was pushed a bit to buy insurance, even though I am covered by my personal insurance.
Pros:From pickup to drop off the car rental at Alamo in San Antonio went amazingly well! Customer service was fantastic! The car was a great deal! Kudos to Alamo!!!

Pros:Everything about the process was easy from start to finish. The van was absolutely amazing when it came to space and style. Lol I know a van with style? I was amazed how we could comfortably fit a family of 5 adults and 2 kids in the van, not to mention all of our luggage.
Cons:The only thing I didn’t like was that it did not have Bluetooth capability. You had to use auxiliary cords for your phones and music.

Cons:Just like H & N, they can't seem to get the inside of the windshield clean. Smeared hazy inside surface. Very distracting when you are in a unfamiliar vehicle, and in heavy airport traffic. Had to clean it myself
Pros:I love how easy it was to rent the car. The staff was very friendly and I was in and out very quickly.
Cons:I did not like that I couldn't use my master card/debit card!! I do not like paying interest on credit cards and only have a debit master. I'm sure there are tons of hard working people that find themselves in the same predicament. The only glitch with the car was that one of the front lights temporarily went out.

Cons:Two same keys were tied in one inseparable ring together. Thus too voluminous in my pocket. It may be simple way to Alamo to keep the two keys but very annoying to the customer
