Pros:Great service, free car upgrade, amazing price, no issue with the car at all. Somehow didn't receive a hard copy of the rental agreement but printed it myself. It worth taking a taxi from the airport to thus location.
Cons:When I went to pick up the car the car rental customer service said he can up grade me for $20.00 instead of the $14.98.. I agreed, but at the end I paid $34.98 a day. Never again.
Pros:They were on time and very friendly. Excellent service.
Cons:When I went onto Kayak I asked for a car at the San Juan Airport. When I arrived at the Enterprise counter at the airport, I was told by the Enterprise agent that the car was at another location 4 miles away that closed at noon on Saturday and it was 12:30. They found me another car but I had to take a cab to go get it and then I had to pay extra to drop it off at the airport. It cost me an additional $60. I was disappointed in my Kayak experience.
Pros:Bad people to deal enterprice charge me $250 for a key . and I took the car with the key . never deal with them again they will ruind your vacations
Cons:They took $250 out of my bank . but no a problem I will call my bank tomorrow to do a dispute for the $250 Won't recomend enterprice to no one that goes to puerto rico
