Pros:Car was almost new
Cons:Waited over an hour for them to find and "clean" the car. The car wasn't very clean. There were large crumbs in the cup holder.

Pros:PIckup was easy and expedited once I found the place. Wildcard card turned out to be a perfect fit for the area and at the right price! Staff was understanding and helpful.
Cons:Pickup off site and drop off at the airport. Confusing! Also when stating pickup time, we were not informed that the location would already be closed and we would have to pay the overpriced taxi fees to get to our apt and then get Uber in the am to pick the car up.

Pros:The car was clean and comfortable.
Cons:The car we reserved wasn't ready. They gave us an "upgrade" after we waited for an hour while they worked to resolve the issue. There are lots of hidden costs. I expected to pay 500 and paid 750. Why can't customers reserve an itemized cost BEFORE we rent? I needed car seats and it cost 70 a day. No one ever mentioned that until I picked up the car. I'd like a real estimate when I reserve the car, Kayak.

Pros:Comfortable!
Cons:Customer service experience at pick up! Staff member was late at not too friendly. After a 4 hour flight overnight flight it was definitely not suitable. We had our extremely tired children standing around waiting for staff member to arrive. The rest of the crew was outstanding! In the future I’d have to think twice before going with Thirfty only because of the wait and my children. Thank you to the rest of the crew!

Pros:Car was clean and fully fuled when i picked it up, The car and outside service was great!
Cons:More explanation needed before i even reserved the car. After i had declined the extra expense insurance they offered they then told me that they would have to place a $200 hold on my card on top of the price i had to pay to rent it. Had i known that in advance i would never have rented the car from them. They also used the scare tatic to get their insurance. I still declined.

Pros:there's little signage for the location. The staff attempted to add additional insurances to the vehicle without notice and ultimately charged well beyond the amount on the contract. The staff were unhelpful and the car smelled bad.
