Pros:very easy return very nice employees able to walk to airport terminal
Pros:The man who got our car was kind and nice
Cons:Office closed and yet you can book your drop-off
Cons:The windshield washer did not work. The car was all scratched up.

Pros:Fiat was fun to drive and had plenty of power for Sicily. Return was very smooth and fast, staff were kind. Marta in Palermo Hertz was particularly helpful.
Pros:The car was nice to say at least
Cons:You charged me an extra day because the employee took too long to check the car and do the paper work. I was told there is a 30minute reserve and then I get slammed by an extra €50. That's ridiculous. Do you have any respect for the customers? Why did the person at the rental told me I had a 30min cushion when I get screwed over at the end anyway?
Cons:the car was not washed well. the windows were a mess on the outside, inside was spotless. Would have liked to know about the wifi option either on the website or at the counter.
Pros:Pick up was easy. Car was clean. Although pricy the availability of portable wifi worked very well in lieu of GPS
Cons:Drop off was rather disorganized. Took awhile.
