We rented a car through you and you didnt disclose that sixt does not accept debit cards so we had to cancel the day of pick up. Misleading and disappointing.

When I got there, they told me they didn’t have any cars

Peoples atititude was bad, was greeted like I was wasiting his time his name is Don i Believe. they did not have what I requested and acted like did not care. not good will never use them again

Cons:

I asked about tolls before taking the car. I was told that I would be billed for them after the rental was returned. All good, right? It turns out that there was also a $15 convenience fee for tolls, which was more than all of the actual tolls combined. Had I known, I'd have taken I-95.
